We're a small team based in Lymington, Hampshire. We set up and support CRM, follow-up and marketing systems for owner-led service businesses across the UK. FoundationsAI is built on HighLevel, the same platform used by thousands of businesses worldwide, and we add the part most software leaves out: someone to set it up properly and help when you're stuck.
Meet the founder
Dan Sagar is a business coach and growth strategist who has spent years helping UK service businesses get organised, systemised and growing again. He has built, scaled and exited his own businesses, with a background in online retail, luxury furniture and business coaching.

It Started with Frustration
Watching capable business owners lose enquiries because their follow-up was scattered across phones, emails, spreadsheets, and memory. Good people losing good work through no fault of their own. They were just missing the right system.
Then Came the Realisation
