Yes, on Pro and Managed. Calls it handles are charged by the minute from your usage balance.
Is WhatsApp included?
Unlimited WhatsApp is £29 a month including VAT on Starter and Pro, and included on Managed.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Usually, yes. Most businesses either move their number across or forward unanswered calls to their FoundationsAI number.
Does it replace my website?
It can. Pro includes a website and funnel builder, and on Managed we build your site for you. You can also keep your current website and add our forms, chat and booking to it.
Does it replace my accounting software?
No. It sends quotes and invoices and takes payments, but you'll still need Xero, QuickBooks or similar for your books and VAT.
