The best missed call text back app for a UK business depends on what else you need. If you want the text back as part of a full system for enquiries, follow-up and reviews, GoHighLevel is the strongest choice. A handful of small UK services now do just the text back. You keep your number and forward unanswered calls to them.

These are all new businesses with few public reviews so far, so try the free trial and check who you're dealing with before you rely on one.
What about ordinary business phone systems?
Most UK business phone systems, like Aircall, CircleLoop and Yay.com, tell you about a missed call by email or notification. They don't text the caller. ServiceM8 Phone can answer calls with an AI agent and take messages, but we couldn't find an automatic text to callers you miss.
