Starter is for getting organised: the CRM, email and text marketing, a social media scheduler, a business phone number and the mobile app.
Pro adds the tools that replace most of your other subscriptions: a website and funnel builder, pipelines with unlimited automations, online booking with payments, contracts, invoices and payments, and memberships.
Managed is Pro with us doing the building: your website (up to 25 pages), one build job a month, WhatsApp included and priority support.

The extra costs
Texts, calls and emails
These cost money to send, so they're charged as you use them from a prepaid balance (HighLevel calls it your wallet). Every plan tops this up with $20 of free credit each month, which is about £15.
Rough UK prices at today's exchange rate:

Unlimited WhatsApp is £29 a month including VAT on Starter and Pro. It's included on Managed.
Setup
There's no setup fee on Starter or Pro. Starter includes 5 hours in your first 30 days: a 2-hour onboarding session with us plus 3 hours of setup we do for you. Pro includes the same 5 hours: two with us, plus three hours of setup we do for you.
Managed has a one-off Foundation Build of £2,450 + VAT. We map every route an enquiry takes into your business, build the whole system and train whoever needs training. It's live within 30 days, and your monthly fee doesn't start until it is.
If you're already on GoHighLevel with another provider, there's no Foundation Build fee. We just move you across.

What it replaces
Most businesses we meet pay for several tools that don't talk to each other. GoHighLevel replaces your CRM, email marketing, texts and WhatsApp, booking calendar, landing pages, forms, social media scheduler and review requests.

Who it isn't right for
- You only need online booking. A free booking tool will do the job.
- You get a handful of enquiries a month and there's nothing to follow up. A spreadsheet and your phone may be enough for now.
- You need job sheets, engineer scheduling and timesheets for a team. A trade job-management tool such as Jobber, Tradify or ServiceM8 may suit you better, or can sit alongside GoHighLevel.
- You won't give it a couple of hours to set up, and don't want to pay for Managed. It won't get used, and unused software is the most expensive kind.

Am I tied in?
Starter and Pro are rolling monthly, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Managed has a 12-month minimum. After that you can stay on Managed or move to Pro and keep everything we built.
Is there a setup fee on Starter or Pro?
No. A setup session is included on both.
What happens after the free trial?
Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial. If you carry on, your plan starts when the trial ends.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can move up or down whenever you like.
I'm already on GoHighLevel with someone else. What does it cost to move?
There's no Foundation Build fee. We move you across and support it from day one.
Are the prices in pounds?
The plans are in pounds, and we show them with and without VAT. Texts, calls and emails are charged in US dollars from your wallet, so they move a little with the exchange rate.
